• We value our guests, and accessibility and inclusiveness are very important to us. If you have any additional needs or requirements, we will do our best to make any reasonable adjustments to accommodate them.

  • We have a 3-night minimum stay and don't increase our prices during peak season because we don't think it's fair, especially for families!

  • Our cost is from £250 per night on weekdays and £300 at weekends

  • We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer.

  • We are pet-friendly and charge £15 per dog per stay.

  • There are no additional charges from us, but you will need to pay an Airbnb booking fee

  • Our price includes all bedding, towels, cruelty-free and environmentally-kind soaps, shampoo and conditioner, a bowl of fresh fruit, fresh eggs in season, herbs, spices, and basics for cooking, fair trade beverages, wood for the fire, and a wee welcome treat for you to enjoy.

  • If you’re bringing children or dogs, let us know so we can provide a wee treat for them too. We provide a dog towel, two clean bowls and a healthy treat for your fur babies.
  • There is a fully equipped kitchen, and you are more than welcome to pick your own fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables from our Garden of Eat'n. Outside, you have your own private garden with various seating areas. An ashtray is provided for smokers.

  • You have full access to the larger garden with fire pit, brick BBQ, a secret den for younger kids, and the enchanting fairy glen, with fairy pools, fairy houses, and the Coorie Witches Hut with its own apothecary/witches kitchen! Kids will love to have so much space and freedom to run, play, and explore in nature. Parents and caregivers love the safety and privacy!

  • *Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control as we have free-range ducks and chickens.
  • To help you enjoy a low-impact holiday, in addition to experiencing life in a natural home, you can use our composting & recycling facilities, and choose to learn more from our book collection if it's of interest.

  • We're very happy to share our experiences about natural living, no-dig gardening and permaculture with interested guests, but just as happy to respect your privacy and keep well out of your way unless you need us.
